Joseph Aronson is a partner in the Firm’s Boston office. As a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire state and federal bars, Mr. Aronson has more than 30 years litigation and trial experience. His practice includes the areas of construction defects, construction accidents, products liability, wrongful death, commercial and business disputes, professional liability, employment, railroad, trucking and motor vehicle accidents, liquor liability, and premises liability.
Mr. Aronson represents insurers, companies and individuals with the goal of providing high quality, cost effective representation. He has tried cases in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts, the Massachusetts federal court, the New York Supreme Court and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. He has successfully argued cases before the appellate courts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Mr. Aronson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, After graduating from Suffolk University Law School, he served as clerk to Justice Maurice Bois of the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He then began work in the private sector. Prior to joining the firm, he served as head of the litigation group at the McCormack Firm in Boston. He is also a trained mediator.
