Jason Engel is a Partner in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Engel has vast experience in all aspects of litigation and practices in the areas of professional liability, construction defect litigation, commercial real estate litigation, premises liability, products liability and employment related matters. Mr. Engel has taken hundreds of depositions, has argued numerous motions, and has served as lead counsel in jury trials in various jurisdictions as well as binding Arbitrations.
Mr. Engel received his B.S. from Rutgers University, Rutgers College (with honors) in 1999 and was awarded a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2002. While in law school, Mr. Engel served on Maryland’s Moot Court Board as the Vice President/Treasurer. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Engel entered private practice at a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland where he represented clients as lead trial counsel in various personal injury matters at the administrative, trial, and appellate court levels.
Mr. Engel is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, the State of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
