Arya S. Bagheri |
Mr. Bagheri is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where he focuses his practice on civil litigation. He has represented clients in general liability litigation, defense of commercial and residential property owners, professional liability and product liability.
Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Mr. Bagheri practiced law as an associate attorney at another firm in the Washington metropolitan area. There, he represented clients in a range of civil matters, including landlord-tenant, consumer protection, community association, home improvement, and debt collection cases. His practice allowed him to represent both plaintiffs and defendants before multiple trial courts in the region.
Mr. Bagheri earned his law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where, in addition to his coursework, he practiced as a student-attorney in the Criminal Records/Reentry Clinic. His efforts allowed eligible Baltimore City residents to expunge/shield their records from public inspection, thereby facilitating successful reintegration into society. During law school, Mr. Bagheri also served as a research fellow for the Judge Alexander Williams, Jr. Center for Education, Justice, and Ethics, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Irma S. Raker (Ret.) of the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
Outside of work, Mr. Bagheri enjoys exercising, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and supporting his local D.C. sports teams.
