Kenneth H. Naide is a Partner in the Firm’s Boston office. He has many years of experience litigating matters in the areas of general liability, construction accident litigation, employer liability, construction defect litigation and complex insurance disputes.
Mr. Naide has tried numerous matters in Connecticut and Massachusetts, defended clients before MCAD and CHRO, and has argued before the Connecticut Supreme Court. He has represented contractors, architects and a variety of national corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Naide was a state prosecutor in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Mr. Naide is a member of the Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire bar associations. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
He graduated from Syracuse University, B.A. in 1994 and received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1998.
