Mr. White is a retired partner in the Firm’s New Jersey Office and represented clients for over 40 years in a wide variety of matters including major toxic tort cases such as the Agent Orange litigation as well as asbestos, DES, and environmental contamination cases. Mr. White was also been extensively involved premises liability, automobile, product liability, and malpractice cases. He had over 125 jury trials that have gone to verdict.
After serving a judicial clerkship, Mr. White began his litigation career as an Assistant Passaic County Prosecutor where he was involved in major felony trials and headed the Career Criminal Prosecution Unit.
Mr. White also represented and counseled insurance companies on numerous coverage issues and was involved in major complex coverage litigations involving environmental contamination and work place discrimination.
IN addition Mr. White represented a major department store chain in defense of a variety of claims and acted as lead counsel on construction defect claims and other matters involving claims of personal or property injury.
Mr. White received his BA from Rutgers College in 1968, and after military service earned his JD cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1974 where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review.
