Landon Moyer is an associate with Kiernan Trebach LLP. Mr. Moyer concentrates his practice on civil defense. He has experience in investigating and defending complex claims in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and West Virginia, including trucking accidents, premises liability, construction claims, workplace injuries, and contract disputes. Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Mr. Moyer worked for a general civil litigation firm in Herndon, Virginia.
Mr. Moyer was raised in North Central West Virginia and currently resides in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He earned his B.S. in Sport Management from West Virginia University and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Moyer was a member on the nationally ranked Moot Court Honor Board, and finished first place at the 3rd Annual Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition at Elon University School of Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and West Virginia bars, with privileges in the federal court for Virginia and West Virginia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
