Natalie Feinstein is a Partner in the Firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. She has experience litigating matters in the areas of complex commercial litigation, construction law, labor law, premises litigation, insurance coverage, and surety law, including all aspects of litigation.
Ms. Feinstein obtained her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, cum laude, in1990, and received her J.D. from New York Law School in 1993. She is a former Adjunct Law Professor of Research and Writing at New York Law School. She has represented clients in both the private and public sector, having begun her law career working at the District Executive’s Office at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, including reporting directly to the Judges of the Grievance Committee for the Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Feinstein represented individual and corporate clients including contractors, insurance companies and sureties. She also worked in the Commercial Litigation Division of the Law Department within the New York Housing Authority on various matters involving construction and commercial contract issues.
Ms. Feinstein is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
