Nathaniel Spilman is a defense litigation attorney in the firm’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, construction defect and injury, premises liability, and product liability.
Mr. Spilman earned his B.A. in Legal Studies from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. While in law school, Mr. Spilman was a Law Clerk at Kiernan Trebach and a Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 Student Attorney with the Suffolk Defenders, representing individual defendants in the Boston Municipal Court, Central Division. Additionally, Mr. Spilman was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review, an in-house Law Clerk at Spartan Race, Inc., and a Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts District Court, Malden Division, with the Honorable Benjamin C. Barnes, First Justice.
