Thomas Fogarty is a Partner in the firm’s New York office. He concentrates his practice on insurance defense litigation focusing on personal injury matters. Thomas has extensive experience in New York State Labor Law litigation. His responsibilities include overseeing and litigating Labor Law and premises liability matters and he is the point person for a major client. He has managed a high volume New York State General Municipal Law 50-h program contracted out by the City of New York, including overseeing the staff to effectuate same.
Thomas is a New York City native, having graduated from Stuyvesant High School before attending Hamilton College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and then receiving his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University Law School.
Thomas is admitted to practice in New York State court as well as the New York State Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts.
