Mr. Kendrick practices in the firm’s Washington, DC office. His practice is concentrated in medical malpractice, defending physicians, hospitals, and other various health care providers.
Mr. Kendrick has spent his legal career in the courtroom zealously advocating to protect his clients’ interests while focusing on complex litigation and regulatory issues. He began working at Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC), where he managed their amicus curiae program and helped to strategically support corporations and manufacturers in State and Federal Courts.
Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Mr. Kendrick gained further litigation experience representing physicians, hospitals, nursing home and skilled living facilities at law firms in New York City and Washington, DC. He also worked with the U.S. Department of Justice, representing the Secretary of Health and Human Services in vaccine injury litigation. These prior experiences have enhanced Mr. Kendrick’s advocacy skills and gained insight regarding effective strategy and communication when addressing the multitude of issues that arise in the course of litigation.
Mr. Kendrick received his J.D. from Elon University School of Law (cum laude). While there, he competed twice at the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, was a board member on Moot Court, was named a Leadership Fellow, and served as the Business Editor of the “Elon Law Review.” He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts.
Mr. Kendrick is a member of the District of Columbia and New York state bars.
