Elinis M. Sequeira is Of Counsel at the firm’s Florida office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation. She represents clients in general liability, insurance coverage, subrogation, construction litigation, and transportation. She has over 15 years of experience representing clients in all stages of civil disputes, from pre-suit handling through trial, and including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Elinis practiced in-house for an insurer, and previously practiced at an insurance defense firm where she represented various insurers. She has handled various civil litigation matters, including insurance coverage and defense, transportation industry, property, subrogation, liability, and construction matters.

Elinis was born in New Jersey and grew up in Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
