Experience

Emily is an associate at the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of different practice areas including general liability, real estate, and corporate litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Emily practiced law at a civil litigation firm in Bowie, Maryland, where she specialized in commercial and residential property disputes, motor vehicle tort defense, medical malpractice, and construction litigation. She was also previously an Assistant State’s Attorney in Charles County, Maryland where she represented the State of Maryland in criminal prosecutions. Emily’s experience in handling sensitive matters allows her to remain objective and composed regardless of the severity of circumstances of the case.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys live sporting events and is an avid fan of the Maryland Terrapins and Denver Broncos.
