Maureen is an associate in the firm’s Boston, MA, and Providence, RI offices where she focuses her practice on civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Maureen practiced law at a civil defense firm handling areas of general liability, premises liability, personal injury, and third-party negligence.
Maureen received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, Maureen was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Tax Moot Court. She received the Honorable Mention Brief Award for best legal brief in her Legal Practice Skills class. She was a research assistant for Professor Black and assisted in research for the article “The Rise and Fall of the Mental Health Inquiry for Bar Admission.” She was also a research assistant for Professor Baker where she helped develop a curriculum for a first-year law school course involving positive psychology and professional identity in the legal profession.
During law school, Maureen was a law clerk for a boutique employment and family law firm. She also interned as a summer associate for a boutique firm that focused on securities litigation.
In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exercising.
