Experience

Russell is Of Counsel in the firm’s District of Columbia office. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the areas of civil defense litigation, legislation, administrative law, and government contracts with the Prince George’s County Office of Law. He has ten years of experience defending the County and its employees against personal injury lawsuits in state and federal court.  Russell has private practice experience in zoning and land use.

He served as a law clerk for Judge Peter B. Krauser of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland and for Judges Robert J. Steinberg and Alexandria N. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
