Experience

Blair is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. In 2026, Blair was inducted into The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, recognizing his professional accomplishments, leadership, and commitment to the legal profession.

Before joining the firm, Blair served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carl E. Ross in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

While in law school, Blair served as a Law Fellow with the NAACP, assisting the organization with voting rights, redistricting, and civil rights litigation matters.

Outside of his legal practice, Blair is an avid sports fan and film enthusiast.
