Attorney Development

At Kiernan Trebach, associates are exposed to all facets of litigation. As a new associate, you will receive one-on-one guidance from an assigned attorney mentor who will work with you to further your professional development. Associates work with a variety of partners and have the opportunity to work in many of our practice areas.  This provides our lawyers with a broad base of experience and the ability to make an informed decision about their future career with the firm.

Kiernan Trebach focuses on supporting its attorneys at every stage of their career. Through our attorney development efforts, we provide the foundation for future success. Associates are given hands-on experience and opportunities to participate in depositions, court appearances, site inspections, witness interviews, and client meetings. Kiernan Trebach pays for all applicable bar dues and continuing legal education fees and we encourage our attorneys to explore new areas of practice and admission into new courts and jurisdictions.
