Experience

Kevin has over 35 years’ experience handling diverse matters throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. For 30 of those years, Kevin has worked almost exclusively defending a wide variety of personal injury litigation, including personal and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability, mechanical defect, product liability, construction accidents, mass tort litigation, and others. This experience included Kevin’s active role in cases involving wrongful death, electrical contact, asbestos, retail or “big box” store incidents, medical misdiagnosis, governmental immunity, insurance law, NTSB findings, and mass accidents involving multiple claims.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach LLP, Kevin spent a decade as a trial attorney for a regional transportation provider. His duties included defending the organization through hearings arbitrations, mediations and ultimately trials. He hopes to bring his resolution experience to the clients at Kernan Trebach.
