Experience

Daniel is an Associate in the firm’s Connecticut office where he primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation and defense of individuals, businesses and insurers against tort and injury claims. Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, he practiced at civil litigation firms where his practice focused on defending clients in cases involving premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and insurance coverage disputes.

Daniel earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at Northeastern University.
