Experience

Chitakone is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focusing his practice on civil defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Chitakone worked in federal appellate litigation, employment law, and civil litigation.

Chitakone received his B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University, and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, Chitakone was a Senior Member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. He was also a Board Member of the law
school’s Business Law Society and a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Chitakone was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island and currently resides in Washington, D.C. He is an avid baseball and basketball fan, and enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
