Jim is a Partner in the firm’s Boston, MA office, with over 20 years of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions, representing businesses, employees, landowners, developers, contractors, engineers, architects, surveyors, real estate brokers and agents, physicians and other healthcare providers, accountants, and individuals.   His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, successfully representing clients in disputes involving professional liability, premises liability, commercial contract disputes, design and construction defects or accidents, land development and environmental issues, gas explosion and fire losses, and personal injuries.  Jim has decades of direct experience developing successful litigation strategies that result in successful cost-effective results for his clients.     Jim has conducted jury and bench trials, administrative hearings and appeals and obtained expedient outcomes for his clients in numerous mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.

Jim earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.A. from Saint Anselm College and is active in his community as the Vice-Chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals in his town.
