Experience

Phil is a partner in the firm’s Baltimore office and brings decades of litigation experience representing individuals and businesses of all sizes, including multinational franchises and regulated telecommunications companies. He has taken scores of cases to verdict and is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.

For the past ten years, Phil has served as a volunteer attorney through the Circuit Court for Howard County. He has a strong interest in local history and, in his free time, enjoys reading and being an active member of his Knights of Columbus council.
