Experience

Rafael is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Before joining the firm, Rafael assisted clients in both the federal government and private sector on a broad range of complex electronic discovery matters, including managed review, privilege considerations, artificial intelligence workflows, and eDiscovery best practices. Rafael is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and previously worked as a Tax Consultant at a Big Four accounting firm before attending law school.

A native Spanish speaker, Rafael was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, movies, and trivia.
