Nico is an associate in the firm’s New York office with experience in motor vehicle, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. He has successfully defended numerous property damage claims and represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Nico served as an Associate at Camacho Mauro LLP, where he handled insurance defense and plaintiff-side litigation matters. He also spent five years as a Managing Director at Hilco Global, focusing on negotiations and plan confirmations involving complex multi-million-dollar bankruptcy matters and related assets.

Nico earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University.
