Sam is an Associate in the firm's Manhattan office. Sam represents clients throughout New York in defense litigation matters, including business disputes, insurance coverage, construction defects, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, subrogation, and transportation claims, as well as appellate litigation and ADR. Prior to joining the firm, he handled white-collar investigations, cryptocurrency regulatory defense, and complex commercial matters, he supplements his litigation practice with experience in data privacy and AI governance.
