Experience

Lindsey is an Associate at the firm's Massachusetts office where she focuses her practice on civil defense litigation. She represents clients such as businesses, insurers and professionals in civil litigation involving product liability, premises liability, and construction defects.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Lindsey practiced at several well-respected regional and national civil defense litigation firms representing clients large and small in construction defect, premises liability, product liability and toxic tort matters from inception to conclusion. Lindsey has experience handling complex and high exposure matters in both state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and Maine.
