Caroline is an Associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Before joining the firm, Caroline worked as a judicial law clerk for the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings in the public benefits cluster, focusing on issues related to SNAP; TANF; Medicaid/Medicare; shelter and housing programs; and Department of Public Works matters.
She graduated from American University’s Washington College of Law. While earning her J.D., Caroline worked in environmental law, interning for The Wilderness Society and the EPA’s Office of General Counsel. Prior to attending law school, she earned a BA in English with minors in Spanish and Media and Communication and a MA in Writing and Publishing, both from DePaul University. Originally from Houston, Texas, Caroline lived in Chicago for 6 years before moving to D.C. for law school.
