Paul is a Partner in the firm’s Parsippany office. He is an experienced trial attorney who represents and advises clients in the New Jersey and New York metropolitan area. For over 20 years, he has successfully represented clients involved in premise, construction, automotive, product defect, construction defect, and professional litigation. His clients are individuals and corporations, including property owners, landlords, construction contractors, hospitality, restaurants, retail establishments, insurance companies and others. His aggressive and thorough approach during all phases of litigation (from pre-suit investigations through trial) and his implementation of carefully crafted strategies have led to successful outcomes for clients, whether through motion practice, trial and/or favorable settlements through direct negotiations or alternative dispute resolution. Paul further advises corporate clients regarding loss prevention procedures, customer safety and risk management issues as well as defense and indemnity agreements

Prior to joining the firm, Paul also handled a variety of matters including SUI investigations, real estate closings, municipal court offenses including traffic violations, DWI and minor drug offenses.
