Michael is a Partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. An experienced litigator, his practice spans a wide range of matters, including products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. Michael also devotes a significant portion of his practice to counseling and representing insurers in complex coverage disputes. He has defended matters ranging from individual premises liability claims to multi-million-dollar class actions.
