Experience
Seth is a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office. His practice primarily includes matters involving defense of claims for bodily injury, property damage and professional malpractice. He has successfully tried cases to conclusion and through binding arbitration. He has appeared in both state and federal courts including the Appellate Division in New Jersey and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Seth has counseled clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with a focus on defense, indemnification and additional insured provisions. He has lectured on a variety of legal issues including bad faith claims against insurance companies.
