Experience

Kristyn is a Partner based in the Boston office with over 15 years of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts. Kristyn has successfully represented businesses and individuals in disputes involving construction/design defects, construction related accidents, employment and discrimination claims, products liability, premises liability, medical practice and professional liability claims, commercial trucking and transportation, automobile claims, intentional
torts, and general negligence matters. Kristyn has represented clients before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court, as well as before numerous state agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristyn worked at regional insurance defense firms and as a litigation manager for a national insurance carrier. These experiences gave her an inside perspective of claims management and helped her develop a solid background in trial advocacy.
