Andrew J. Marcus is a Partner in the Firm’s New York office. He has over 20 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, transportation, product liability, civil rights and employment litigation.

Mr. Marcus has tried numerous matters in New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia courts, and has briefed and argued appeals before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia and 4th Circuits. He is a member of the New York, Maryland and District of Columbia bar associations and is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

He graduated from the George Washington University (cum laude), B.A. in 1986 and received his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1995.
