Kiernan Trebach Expands New York Team with Key Hires

Kiernan Trebach is pleased to announce the expansion of its New York offices (Manhattan and Garden City) with the addition of six attorneys from Strongin Rothman & Abrams, LLP (SRA). This strategic growth reinforces Kiernan Trebach’s commitment to providing top-tier legal services across a broad range of practice areas and complex civil litigation matters.

Joining Kiernan Trebach as partners are Howard F. Strongin, Esq., Barry S. Rothman, Esq.,  David Abrams, Esq., and Martin M. Adler, Esq.  Each attorney brings decades of litigation experience, including property/casualty defense, commercial litigation, transportation and premises liability, products liability, construction defect matters, and employment law.  

SRA attorneys Katherine Acevedo, Esq. and Esma Emanet, Esq. are joining KT as associates and bring additional experience to further strengthen our legal team.

Howard F. Strongin, Esq. focuses on defending complex tort cases, including product liability, premises security, and general and automobile liability. He has represented high-profile clients, and serves as a Special Master in the New York County Supreme Court.   

Barry S. Rothman, Esq. has over 35 years of experience defending claims of personal injury, property loss, and commercial matters, and his expertise includes premises security, construction, transportation, and the food industry.  Barry has been widely published and lectured on these topics.

David Abrams, Esq. brings more than 20 years of civil litigation experience, including national coordinating counsel roles and trial experience in both state and federal courts. His practice covers transportation, sports and recreational injury, hospitality litigation, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes.

Martin M. Adler, Esq. has represented clients throughout New York and New Jersey in civil litigation for over 25 years and has substantial courtroom and alternative dispute resolution experience. He also advises clients on regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and data privacy matters.
