Alex is an attorney in the firm’s Baltimore office. Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Alex worked for the U.S. Department of the Interior as a litigator, representing the Department in employment matters before the EEOC and MSPB. Prior to this, Alex drafted decisions pertaining to Medicare appeals for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Alex has also worked at the Baltimore offices of Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough, and Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann. His private civil practice areas included employment, products liability, toxic tort, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.
During law school, Alex was an articles editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, where he published a student note in the August 2016 edition.
