Andrew is a Partner based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where he represents retailers, restaurants, construction companies, housing and commercial developers, management companies, and commercial trucking and transportation companies in a wide array of complex litigation matters. He litigates cases in state and federal court and has prevailed on several dispositive motions for clients in the District of Columbia and Maryland. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Andrew regularly represents employers in employment litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination. He advises management through all stages of litigation from early case assessment and motion practice through discovery, trial, and appeal with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.

Andrew developed and refined his briefing and oral advocacy skills at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was selected to represent the school at the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot in Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, Andrew and his team earned multiple awards for their oral advocacy and briefing on a complex international manufacturing matter.
