Experience

Angela Ciottone is a seasoned trial attorney with over 28 years of experience representing Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 100 corporations, the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Social Services, hospitals, physicians, individuals and small businesses. She has over 22 years of first-chair jury trial experience and has won countless defense verdicts throughout Connecticut and western Massachusetts. She earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with a minor in Organic Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and earned her law degree from Western New England University School of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. She has been committed to her community throughout the years, serving as the Chairperson of the Commission on Youth Services for close to a decade and serving on the Farmington Valley Health District’s Board of Directors. Presently, she serves as an arbitrator/fact-finder for the Hartford Superior Court. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, teaching, mentoring, and spending time at the shore with her family and two dogs.
