Arielle A. Frechter is an Associate in Kiernan Trebach's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on defending clients in general liability, premises liability, professional liability, employment litigation, and personal injury matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Arielle practiced at a civil litigation defense firm, representing individuals, businesses, and professionals in professional malpractice actions, disciplinary and grievance proceedings, employment disputes, and general liability matters.

Arielle previously served as an Assistant State's Attorney with the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the State of Maryland. She managed a high-volume caseload and appeared regularly in court, serving as lead trial counsel in numerous criminal proceedings.

Arielle began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Cynthia H. Jones of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. In that role, she conducted legal research, drafted judicial opinions, and gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom practice.
