Experience

Courtney is an Associate in the firm’s Connecticut office where she focuses her practice on civil litigation. She represents clients in general liability litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Courtney practiced at civil litigation firms where she effectively litigated many cases. She has successfully represented clients in both State and Federal Courts. She has handled cases from the time the Complaint is filed through withdrawal, mediation, arbitration, or trial. She has a solid background in trial advocacy, as well as each stage of litigation from pre-suit investigations through trial.
