Experience

Dennis is an experienced trial attorney in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on defense-side civil litigation, including employment law, professional liability, worksite torts, automobile liability, and premises liability matters. Over the course of his career, Dennis has accumulated more than 20 years of combined experience prosecuting and defending employment law claims.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Dennis represented employers and business clients in a broad range of civil disputes, including employment law and civil rights matters. He also has substantial experience representing employees in discrimination matters in the District of Columbia.

Dennis earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania.
