Elyse is a Partner based in our Parsippany office. She is a results-driven defense litigator with valuable experience developing and executing winning litigation strategies, while working collaboratively to achieve favorable, cost-effective resolutions that align with the brand and fundamentals of each client. She represents clients in premises liability, construction/construction defect, automotive, New York Labor Law, property damage, products defect, and Child Victims Act litigation. She effectively co-manages national retail company accounts, and advocates for individuals and corporations, contractors, property owners, landlords, restaurants, retail establishments, insurance companies and others.

Elyse utilizes a thorough approach to all stages of litigation, achieving successful results through tailored litigation strategies including motion practice, direct negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, and trial. She also consults with corporate clients on various issues related to risk management, including loss prevention policies, customer safety plans, and defense and indemnification options. She also has experience in appellate advocacy, and various regulatory and administrative law matters.
