Experience

Emily Kelley is an attorney in the firm's Baltimore Office. Emily has extensive experience representing individuals, businesses, healthcare providers, insurers and government entities in state and federal courts. Emily previously served as an Assistant Attorney General where she represented the State of Maryland and its employees. Prior to that, Emily represented insured individuals and commercial clients in general liability, premises liability, and toxic tort matters.

Outside of her legal practice, Emily is a co-founder of Charm City Companions, Inc., a nonprofit organization that partners with Baltimore communities to connect pet owners with wellness information, free spay-and-neuter services, transportation, and other resources for cats and dogs.
