Experience

Hannah Moore focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on healthcare defense, long-term care, and general liability matters. She represents individual providers and facilities in medical malpractice cases, regulatory board proceedings, and a wide range of professional liability claims. Drawing on her background in healthcare regulatory work, she brings a detailed, compliance-informed perspective to litigation strategy and case development.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Hannah practiced at a healthcare-focused law firm where she advised clients on licensure, regulatory compliance, and operational risk, and represented providers before state licensing boards. Her combined litigation and regulatory experience enables her to support clients facing complex legal challenges across both courtroom and administrative settings.

Hannah earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Kinesiology & Health Sciences from the College of William & Mary.
