Experience

Jesse is an Associate in the firm’s Manhattan office, where he focuses his practice on environmental, toxic tort, and general liability litigation. Jesse represents property owners, contractors, engineering firms, and corporate defendants in matters involving alleged chemical exposures, petroleum spills, construction-related contaminants, asbestos, and complex regulatory issues. He has experience managing all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery responses, preparing and defending depositions, conducting investigations, analyzing technical reports, and developing defense strategies grounded in both legal and scientific principles.

Jesse has worked on a wide range of environmental and toxic tort matters, including multi-party chemical exposure claims, PFAS and petroleum spill actions, and cases involving alleged violations of state and federal environmental regulations. His background includes significant experience handling expert-heavy disputes, reviewing environmental testing data, and working closely with consultants, investigators, and industry specialists. He is adept at translating complex technical issues into clear, persuasive arguments for clients, carriers, and the courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Jesse practiced at regional defense firms where he handled environmental litigation, toxic tort matters, and general negligence actions on behalf of corporate and municipal defendants. He also previously worked with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, giving him valuable insight into regulatory processes and enforcement considerations that often intersect with environmental litigation.

Jesse is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He holds a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he focused on environmental law, and a B.A. from Emory University.
