Experience

Jessie is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessie served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Getty and the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia, both of the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Jessie earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Tufts University. In law school, Jessie was the Executive Symposium and Technology Editor for the Journal of Business & Technology Law, a research assistant to Professor Michael Milleman, a member of the United States Cyber Command Research Team, and a participant in the Justice for Victims of Crime Clinic. She also interned with the Department of Justice; Harvard University’s Immigration and Refugee Advocacy Clinic; and the United States Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

Jessie grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and now resides in Washington, D.C. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending Orange theory and yoga classes, and participating in her various book clubs.
