Experience

Jonathan is an Associate in the firm’s Manhattan office.

His background includes externship and clinic experience in business and securities law, including work on SEC enforcement actions, class-action securities litigation, and fintech regulatory compliance.

Jonathan also brings judicial internship experience from the New York State Supreme Court, where he worked on matters arising under New York’s Child Victims Act. While in law school, he was a member of the Securities Arbitration Clinic, representing claimants in FINRA arbitration proceedings.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from New York Law School and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Law from Arizona State University, graduating cum laude. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
