Experience

Katherine is an associate in the New York (Manhattan) office, where she represents corporate clients in a wide range of general liability matters. She litigates cases from inception through resolution, including drafting dispositive motions, managing discovery, participating in court conferences, and negotiating settlements. She also works closely with clients to determine their risk exposure.

She is admitted to practice in New York State and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Katherine earned her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her B.A. from the University at Buffalo.

Katherine is fluent in Spanish and, outside of the office, she enjoys staying active and reading.
