Experience

Kim is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, representing large national carriers, local carriers, self-insured’s and uninsured businesses before administrative agencies and before the courts in Maryland.

Kim is a Baltimore native, graduating from Towson University with a Bachelor’s in Law and American Civilization (2017). After working as a workers’ compensation paralegal, Kim attended law school at Penn State Law at University Park (2021). In addition to her J.D., Kim graduated with concentrations in Trial Advocacy and Litigation and Health Law.

During the course of her practice, Kim has represented insurance companies, individual employers, personal injury and workers’ compensation plaintiffs, and criminal defendants in the State of Maryland. This experience on ‘all sides of the aisle’ makes Kim a skilled negotiator and trial attorney.

When she is not assisting clients, Kim enjoys film photography and cheering on the Orioles.
