Experience

Michelle is a Partner based in the Garden City, N.Y. office. Michelle handles transportation related claims for numerous New York health care centers, hospitals and social service agencies. Her practice also includes defending dram shop, negligent security and personal injury claims against entertainment venues, bars and restaurants, other recreational venues, and commercial businesses. She has litigated cases in both state and federal court, including the defense of Title IX claims of sexual assault and retaliation. Michelle works with the clients to ensure successful resolutions, though mediation and trial practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle practiced at general liability defense firm and started her career litigating on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice claims. Her plaintiff’s experience gives her a unique perspective in defending her clients.
