Experience

Michelle is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on employment, contracts, and business litigation. She regularly represents employers in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and contract claims. Michelle also advises business clients on issues related to progressive employee discipline, hiring, termination, training, and regulatory compliance. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, settlement, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle served as in-house counsel for a government agency, practiced before multiple government agencies, and represented the government in federal court. She also worked as a government consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and is a certified mediator.
