Experience

Natasha “Tash” N. Phidd is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Originally from Long Island, NY, Tash earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, and earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton University. Tash brings a breadth of experience in representing and advocating for clients; she began her career representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, and she later represented plaintiffs in employment law matters. Tash also previously practiced as a dedicated public defender in Northern Virginia, where she tried and resolved numerous cases for indigent clients who were facing misdemeanor and felony charges. This range of experience has provided Tash with a well-rounded perspective that informs her strategic and pragmatic approach to negotiation, trials, and successful conflict resolution. Tash was honored with The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers in Virginia recognition in 2025.

When she isn’t lawyering, Tash enjoys doing trivia and board game nights with friends, exploring various restaurants in the DC area, visiting her family, dancing, going to sporting events, and watching Survivor.
