Nick is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 10 years of experience in various legal settings. He represents parties in a variety of civil litigation matters, including automobile, premises liability, and construction cases. Nick focuses his practice on insurance defense and personal injury litigation, with a deep understanding of minimizing risk to clients while defending high volumes of claims in a cost-effective manner. He has substantial litigation and trial experience, including taking dozens of cases to trial before judges in the District Court of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and prevailing before juries in both jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick practiced tort litigation at the D.C. Office of the Attorney General and in private practice at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, a regional insurance defense firm. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Philip C. Nichols at the Circuit Court of Maryland for Prince George's County.
Nick received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016 and his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 2013. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
